This is an original summer painting using acrylic paints on canvas, it is framed in a contemporary ‘stepped’ gloss frame, as shown in the detail photographs.
The painting itself measures 36″ x 24″, the overall size in its frame is approximately 42″ x 30″, it is strung and ready to hang straight on your wall. I only ever use Professional Artists Quality Paint so it will remain colourful and vibrant for a lifetime and beyond, all it needs to keep it clean is a gentle dust.
This painting was inspired by summer holidays spent by the sea, I wanted to create a beautiful place which makes you happy. I used acrylic and oil paints to make cheerful flowers with a slightly abstract feel, the addition of mediums gives extra sparkle, texture and shine.
