Puffin with Sand Eels – Fine Art Photography Print

This was a long anticipated four day trip to the island of Skokholm which is off the Pembrokeshire coast. I visited in July which is a good time to see the puffins as they are feeding their young – called Pufflings. Black Back Gulls will often attack the puffins in mid air to steal their catch (sand eels) so if they feel threatened the puffins will land further away from the nest so as not to expose their young to the predatory gulls.

This print is of gallery quality and is produced on 240gsm archival paper using Epson Ultra Chrome pigment inks. It is mounted in a Textured Snow White Mount which has a shelf life of 300 years. This will ensure that it remains in perfect condition for years to come.

Mounted Prints are sent in clear, acid free, protective bags with backing boards. For the smaller size framed prints we use simple contemporary narrow frames in black. The larger sized prints are contained in flat black wooden frames.

Please note that we use acrylic rather than glass in our larger frames, this will not affect your viewing experience but means that they are much safer to send through the post.
